Accessibility Statement
Shivam Imports wants everyone to be able to browse and buy from shivamimportsny.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, screen magnification or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is an ongoing effort, and we test and improve the site regularly.
What we have done
- Our header menus, collection filters, product options and cart can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Filter results and cart minimum-order updates are announced to screen readers.
- Text and button colors meet WCAG contrast requirements.
- We check the site with automated accessibility testing and manual keyboard testing. Our most recent review was in October 2026.
Known limitations
- Some features are provided by third parties, such as checkout, express payment buttons and our Instagram feed. We do not fully control their accessibility, but we report problems we find to the providers.
