Refund Policy

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, missing parts (not due to our error), or returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank and credit card company as posting times may vary. If you still haven’t received it after a reasonable time, contact us at mail@shivamimportsny.com.

Shipping
To return an item, mail it to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
